Less than two weeks after her planned outing with Kanye West was cancelled, Lady Gaga has announced plans for her upcoming North American tour, called "The Monster Ball."
The outing, with support from upstart rapper Kid Cudi, was announced on the singer's official site on Thursday, October 15, with a promise that it will be the first-ever "pop electro opera." The first date of the 22-show tour is November 27 at the Bell Center in Montreal, and current plans call for it to finish with two dates at Radio City Music Hall in New York on January 20-21.
