Will Anyone Miss The Cast Of "Jersey Shore"

America’s latest guilty pleasure “Jersey Shore” airs its season finale tonight. How many of you will miss it? I will. I admit that I did not watch every episode. That was not necessary for me. The episodes were predictable, yet entertaining. The cast members quickly became icons in modern pop culture, in particular Snooki. Their popularity skyrocketed once reaction from Italian-American groups and New Jerseyresidents became public when they criticized the show for demoralizing stereotypes Italian-Americans. Now, the cast members have as instant cult following which includes hundreds of online parodies from fans and celebrities.

“Jersey Shore” is the train wreck of a reality-TV show that I live for. Here are ten reasons why I became a fan of the show and its cast.

1. “The Situation” is the coolest nickname…ever! J-Woww is in the top ten. Snooki is in the top twenty.
2. Snooki is so cute — in a tiny, misguided, party girl kind of way.
3. This is the first reality-TV show where I believe all the guys are actually heterosexual.
4. There is sooooooo much real drama…not as scripted-looking as “The Hills,” “Survivor,” “America’s Next Top Model” and “Flavor Of Love”
5. Ronnie is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hot!!!
6. I was a fan of the “Real World” concept, but that show has run far too long, especially with the spin-offs of the “Challenge” shows. “Jersey Show” reminds me of the ghetto cousin of the “Real World”.
7. Finally, a show is not under fire for degrading the Black community. (Sorry,BET!)
8. I love these guys’ misogynistic ways.
9. I’m going to start throwing up the fist at parties.
10. I want to party with Snooki, J-Woww, Ronnie and Pauly D.

At least season two is coming. There are no news about which of the cast mates will return. On the hand, my favorite girl Snooki is rumored to have her own spin-off show looking for her own guido to love.
